VSFM operates as a d/b/a of The Keys to the Office (collectively "TKO," "we," "our" or "us"). By visiting or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Informational purpose only: The Site provides information about our consulting and educational services. It does not process transactions or allow you to create an account. Purchases of digital products or services may be conducted through third‑party platforms (e.g., Gumroad), which have separate terms and policies.

When purchasing digital products or services through platforms such as Gumroad, your transaction is governed by that platform’s terms of service and privacy policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, its availability, accuracy or completeness. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TKO and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising under them will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and TKO related to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Selecting North Carolina aligns with our current operating address and offers predictability for dispute resolution; however, if regulations change or we relocate, we may update this provision accordingly.
