  • The VIP Intensive is a 3-month deep-dive focused on strategy, setup, and positioning. It's perfect if you need expert guidance to overhaul your materials and build a strong foundation, but you're comfortable executing the search independently after that.

    The Six-Figure Executive Search Package includes the full VIP Intensive PLUS 6 additional months of ongoing support—interview prep, accountability, strategy adjustments, offer negotiation, and first-90-days onboarding guidance. It's ideal if you know this search will take 6-9 months and you want expert support through the entire journey.

  • Your three months start when you book your first call, giving you flexibility to schedule.

  • We shift to salary negotiation and onboarding planning. You still receive the full 3 months of support.
