This 60-minute strategy call is required before enrolling in this package. We'll assess where you are in your search, what you need, and whether this is the right fit for your goals.

Step 2: Receive Your Custom Recommendation
Based on our conversation, I'll recommend the best path forward—whether that's this package or another service.

Step 3: Enroll & Get Started
If Executive Support is the right fit and you're ready to move forward, I'll send you a private enrollment link. Your $197 Clarity Session fee will be credited to you as a refund within 5-7 business days after enrollment.

Note: The Clarity Session fee is non-refundable but is credited toward this package if you enroll within 30 days.

Enrollment is by invitation only after we’ve spoken.

FAQs

  • Yes. The Clarity Session is a required first step. This ensures this package is the right fit for where you are and what you need. Some people are better served by the VIP Intensive alone, while others are better served by the Executive Support Package or ongoing accountability. The Clarity Session helps us both make the right decision. And if you do enroll, that $197 is credited back to you.

  • Book and complete your Clarity Session ($197). If we determine Executive Support is the right fit and you enroll within 30 days, your $197 will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after enrollment.

  • You’ll still receive support through offer negotiation and your first 90 days in the role.

  • Pauses are considered case-by-case. Continuous momentum is strongly encouraged.

  • Because this is a high-touch, long-term engagement, refunds are not available after the first 30 days. Within the first 30 days, you may request a refund for unused months.

  • Yes, as long as you’re targeting remote roles and time zones align.
